Ordering

What size should I buy?

Each product comes with clearly marked product information. Please place your order based on your actual usage. If you have any questions, feel free to contact our customer service at Service@littledayz.com.

Can I cancel my order?

We totally understand. After all, we may change our minds too! We also hope to be flexible. So, if you change your mind right after placing an order, you can contact us via email to modify your order or request a refund.

If you want to return the product for a refund due to reasons other than quality issues after receiving it, you will need to bear the round - trip shipping costs.

Shipping

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we provide worldwide shipping. Shipping costs will be automatically applied and added at the checkout.

Return & Exchange

How to request a return?

To initiate a return, you can contact us at service@littledayz.com. We have a 7 - day return policy, which means you have 7 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return. However, the shipping fees already incurred will not be refunded. We appreciate your understanding.

How long does it take to receive a refund?

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.We will refund within 5 working days
